UPCOMING PERFORMANCE in the CTA's new production
Our favorite actress from down under will be performing at the LOUNGE THEATER in Hollywood 5/19 as the lead actress in Consuming the Arts Theater's current production. A beautiful one act play, written by Aurora Lizardi, Alexandra will star as the leading female in the role of Michelle - a young woman struggling with the tragic death of her parents and the battle over the future of her younger sister. This will be a very special performance that you won't want to miss - tickets available at the door.

Alexandra is cast in a new production of Patrick Marber's play CLOSER
Alexandra will be starring in a revival of the play "Closer" during the Spring of 2012. The talented young actress has been cast as the troubled and mysterious Alice - the role for which Natalie Portman was nominated for an Academy Award in Mike Nichols 2004 feature film. Premiere of the Independent thriller RED ICE
Alexandra's new movie RED ICE will open the San Fransisco film festival "Another Hole in the Head" early next month. Alexandra plays the female lead, Jill, a nurse who's love for her boyfriend Evan results in her being taken hostage and held captive in the Underworld. Be sure to watch the trailer of this certain cult classic

Named Best Actress for 2008 by the International Model and Talent Association and frequently compared to Angelina Jolie within the Australian Press, this young Aussie of Russian decent has worked on numerous American projects including Peter Bogdanovich's the Mystery of Natalie Wood, the soon to be released feature film Red Ice and new webseries Chasing Evelyn. Alexandra has revived numerous classical roles onstage including Shakespeare's Lady Macbeth and Juliet as well as Cabaret's Sally Bowles, Corie from Barefoot in the Park and originating the romantic lead of Kay in Jim Geoghan's most recent play the Opposite of Funny. Later in the year she will bring to life the role of Alice in a revival of the play Closer within the Los Angeles area. Aside from acting, Alexandra has worked extensively as a model notably with labels such as Vera Wang, Via Spiga, Jessica Simpson, Johnson & Johnson and Bennetton. But not being one to stop with just acting, the young thespian holds music close to her heart playing the alto saxophone professionally as well as being an accomplished the pianist and singer. In her spare time she can be found sitting by the piano, painting or taking part in various UNICEF projects as a volunteer.
